The 2018 Kansas Seed and Crops Conference will take place February 20-21 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan Kansas. This is a great opportunity to network with you peers in the Seed Industry, pick up some valuable information from the speakers, and have your voice be heard in the organizations which you are involved in.
Hotel reservations should be made by January 19 and registrations are due by February 7th.
More information, registration materials, and Hotel reservation information are all available at KCIA’s website.
We hope to see you there!
The Kansas Seed Industry Association is excited to announce the 2017 scholarship winners:
Kaitlin Ohlde, Linn KS
Connor Peirce, Hutchinson KS
Maci Rockers, Greeley KS (1st alternate)
Leah Parsons, Leavenworth KS (2nd alternate)
Thank you to everyone who applied!
This year we had an amazing 58 applicants representing 50 different communities in Kansas.
It has been decided that the due date for applications to be received in the KSIA office will be moved from April 10 to April 1 beginning in 2018. This will give the committee more time to consider all applications so that choices can still be announced at spring awards ceremonies in Kansas high schools.
